Bonarda from Oltrepò Pavese

D.O.C.

Vintage Bonarda, obtained through maceration and naturally fermented in autoclave. Made from hand-harvested grapes.  

Alcohol content 13% vol.

Serving temperature 16°C.

Serve in a tulip glass with a 4-5 cm mouth diameter.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: ruby red with violet reflections, with beautifully intense and persistent foam.

Nose: herbaceous, fresh and vinous aromas, with notes of red fruits and light sensations of mint.

Palate: well-balanced thanks to the warm sensation of alcohol and acidity.

Good effervescence and persistence with a pleasantly fresh sensation.
