Vintage wine, obtained without maceration and naturally fermented in autoclave. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 11,5% vol.

Serving temperature 8°C.

Serve in a tulip glass with a 4-5 cm mouth diameter.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: bright and clear straw yellow, with persistent and fragrant foam.

Nose: fine, young and fresh aroma, slight hints of white flowers.

Palate: pleasantly full-bodied and elegantly rounded.
