Obtained through maceration and refined for 18 months in French oak barriques. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 13% vol.

Serving temperature 18°C.

Serve in a ballon chalice.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: ruby red with garnet and orange hues.

Nose: very elegant aromas; at first, very neat and fresh; notes of blackcurrant, dried flowers, but also licorice and spicy nuances.

Palate: soft and well-balanced, with a good structure and an excellent aromatic correspondence.
