Grappa Nova - 50 cl

Young grappa that expresses the freshness of Pinot pomace. The most harmonious and pleasant organoleptic characteristics are preserved carrying the distillation out immediately after the wine is obtained from the must.

Alcohol content 42% vol.

Serving temperature 18°C.

Serve in a small tulip glass with a narrow mouth diameter.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: crystal clear and transparent.

Nose: very fine, persistent, ample; it recalls the aroma of mixed berries.

Palate: dry, with a soft note, warm, caressing, very harmonious.
