Vintage brut spumante wine, obtained through maceration and fermented in autoclave. Made from hand-harvested grapes.

Alcohol content 12% vol.

Serving temperature 6-8°C.

Serve in a flute.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Colour: pale straw yellow, with a quite fine and persistent perlage.

Nose: young and fresh aroma, rich in hints of fruit and white flowers.

Palate: fresh, peculiar, with a pleasant roundedness.
